Laura Penido
Laura founded Portuguese for Gringos to fulfil her passion for propagating Brazilian language and culture. She graduated in Social Sciences from UNICAMP and has worked at UNSW and NSW School of Languages.
Fernanda Bolochio
Graduated in Literature and currently doing a Master's degree in Portuguese as a Foreign Language, Fernanda has been teaching for over 5 years. Her favourite word in Portuguese is "oxe," - a word with various meanings. Her biggest Brazilian idol is Paulo Freire, one of the greatest names in the world of education.
Nathália Kinippeberg
Nathália graduated in Executive Secretariat with an emphasis in Portuguese, English and French. She has been in education since 2011, teaching and sharing her passion for languages. Her favourite word in Portuguese describes a feeling of affection: 'dengo'. An inspiring Brazilian personality for her is the singer Maria Bethânia.
